How do I pay / what payment methods can I use?

There are three ways to pay: Mobile Money (MoMo), cash, or bank transfer. The easiest is MoMo — once your registration is approved and you have set up your account, you pay it yourself in your Student Portal under Fees & Payments (you can also pay by card there), or you can send MoMo directly to our number. Cash is paid in person at the school. Bank transfer goes to our CalBank account — just ask and we will share the details. You do not have to pay before creating your account: after approval you get an email to set your password, you log in, and then you pay inside the app. Payments are confirmed automatically once they go through.

What software will I use?

It depends on the course: Autodesk Revit for Architectural Design, Structural Analysis & Design (with Robot Structural Analysis for the calculations) and MEP Design; Coohom for Interior Design; and PlanSwift for Quantities & Estimation. Every tool is taught hands-on from the basics.

Do I need any design experience?

No. Most courses are beginner-friendly with no prerequisite — you are taught hands-on from the basics. The one exception is Structural Analysis, which requires Revit first, so beginners are routed to the Revit foundation before it.

What are your opening hours / when are you open?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 12pm. You are welcome to visit us at No 22 Dromo Crescent, North Legon, Accra during those hours — if you are coming to see someone in particular, let us know and we will make sure they are available.
